Veggie Tacos

How to make the easiest veggie tacos you won't stop making. Ever!




On those long and tiring work days, I run to this recipe and it helps that my family loves to eat it.





INGREDIENTS:

- 3 small Squash

- 3 small Zucchini

- 1/2 lb Portobello Mushroom Cap

- 1 Red Bell Pepper

- 4 Corn on the Cob

- 1/2 cup Smoked Gouda Cheese

- 2 table spoons Olive oil

- 1 pack Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (original)

- 6 small Tortilla


Total cook time: 20 minute

Serves: 4 people
